Joann Brown is truly a humanitarian for society. She has proven to be a woman of Integrity, endurance, prayer, much love, great strength, and a humble spirit. She is a Psalmist. “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.” Joann’s talents afforded her opportunities as Special Guest Soloist in the Gospel Productions, such as: “Heaven Bound”, How Ya Like Me Now”, Hallelujah”, and What A Man Won’t Do”. She was also a psalmist for St. Bernard Hospital’s “Praise Break” in Chicago Illinois.

Joann Brown’s gifts and talents continue to unfold. She was a runway model for Fashion Connections, Inc. Later, God gave her vision to start New Beginnings Fashion Circle (NBFC), in which she was Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of NBFC is to provide mentoring while teaching young ladies the technique of runway modeling, along with building self-esteem, confidence, and etiquette.

In 2004, Joann Brown founded Woman To Woman The Confident Woman, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, the organization has expanded to three locations—Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; and Phoenix, AZ. Through her visionary leadership, Joann has built a strong foundation focused on empowering women to discover and fulfill their purpose and destiny.

Continuing to expand her reach, Joann launched Woman To Woman The Confident Woman Magazine in 2022. The publication is now circulating in various states as well as internationally, including in Africa and Nigeria, spreading messages of empowerment, confidence, and faith to women around the world.
